Slow-moving and afficionados of eucalyptus plants, koalas are beloved creatures. They also have fingerprints that are indistinguishable from human ones. Their fingerprints feature the same whirls and loops. Researchers have determined that the marsupials adapted this feature to clutch the branches of trees as they forage for food.
