Big Garden Birdwatch 2017

26th January 2017
It's that time of year again when you can be part of one of the world’s biggest wildlife surveys from the comfort of your own garden, local park or favourite walking spot. It is of course, the RSPB Big Garden Birdwatch and they want you to be part of it.

During the last weekend of January every year, people all over the country are asked to spend just one hour watching birds in their local area and count them. Its as simple as that!

Don’t worry at all if you are not sure you will be able to recognise and therefore identify certain bird species correctly as you can easily download and print a really handy guide and information pack from the RSPB website which also includes the form to send back to them.

So head on over to their website, download your free information pack and pick a spot to spend an hour in the beauty of the outdoors over the weekend (28th - 30th January).

Happy twitching!
