Types Of Lobster
This crustacean belongs to the family Nephropidae of which there are over 75 species. They also come in a variety of colors. While the most common color is a mottled brown color, they can also be found in bright blue, calico, orange, white, yellow, and split, where there is one color on each side. The rarest of all is the albino, found 1 in one million, and the calico, found 1 in 30-50 million, which was caught by a fisherman in Maine. Here are some of the different species:
