1. Their Genuine Friendliness

In Alaska, there’s no room for pretenses. You’re in a rugged environment that constantly reminds you of all the splendor that exists in nature. 2. Their Appreciation for the Simple Things

You can look up or all around because, in Alaska, the landscape magnificence doesn’t end. Alaskans love that they can step outside at any moment and appreciate the beauty that surrounds them. 10. Their Midnight Sun

When Alaskans wish the day would never end, the skies grant them their wish. Between April and August is the midnight sun season when the sun never quite sets. Even when you wake up in the middle of the night to get a glass of water, you can look out and be greeted by the bright warmth of the sun’s rays.
