No fall is complete without some pumpkins dotting your patio or fireplace. Whether you plan on leaving them intact or carving some spooky faces, you first need to find the perfect one. We can help you find a great location to pick one or more up while also having family fun! Let’s take a look at the 21 best pumpkin patches in Utah.

1. Beck Family Farm — Centerfield 

Families flock to Beck Family Farm for their Wild Pumpkin Adventure every fall. This fun farm has a pumpkin patch, petting zoo, and straw-maze obstacle course. They are open starting mid-September, so you can have plenty of repeat fun until the end of October.

2. Black Islands Farm — West Syracuse

Black Islands Farm is open from late September through late October annually. This family farm offers endless entertainment for the whole family. There is an eight-acre corn maze, a large pumpkin patch, hayrides, and a market with tasty food. Head back after dark to experience their haunted corn maze if you dare!

3. Bluebell Corn Maze — Bluebell

Visit Bluebell Corn Maze for a pick-your-own pumpkin adventure. Once you’ve loaded the car with the perfect carving pumpkin, head back in for more fun. There is a giant slide, concession stand, pumpkin wagon, kid-friendly hay maze, a haunted trail, and more! They are even available to host field trips so kids can have a little extra dose of fall fun.

4. Carlisle Gardens — American Fork

Head over to the Pumpkin Patch at Carlisle Gardens to pick your own pumpkin. They do have a selection of pre-harvested pumpkins for anyone who doesn’t want to head into the field or is short on time. They also have a petting zoo, train, and hay rides. 

5. Crazy Corn Maze — West Jordan

West Jordan has a fantastic corn maze and one of the best pumpkin patches in Utah, ready to host your family! They are open through Halloween and also have multiple haunted options for anyone looking for a bit of a fright.

6. Cross E Ranch — Salt Lake City

Cross E Ranch hosts a family-friendly fall festival from late September through late October. They are open six days a week and feature an admission-free pumpkin patch. Snag one that was already picked or wander into the fields for some U-Pick options. There is also a corn maze, farm animals, hay rides, fire pits, games, and more.

7. Day Farms — Layton

Stop by Layton’s top drive-in pumpkin patch! Day Farms opens its new drive-in pumpkin patch option in mid-October. It is also a fully functional farm with multiple U-Pick options every fall. 

8. Glen Ray’s Corn Maze and Pumpkin Patch — Spanish Fork

The folks at Glen Ray’s Corn Maze and Pumpkin Patch will help you load your car up with your enormous haul from their pumpkin patch. It is open from late September through late October and has plenty of options to keep families entertained for hours. Enjoy a straw bale pyramid, games, delicious food, slides, and a seven-and-a-half-acre corn maze.

9. Gordo’s Fun Farm — South Lakeshore

Gordo’s Fun Farm is family-owned and offers tremendous fall fun for the whole family. You can find pumpkins and seasonal farm fresh produce from late September through late October. Schedule plenty of time to enjoy a corn maze, petting zoo, corn pit, and yard games. They also welcome field trips every fall. 

10. Green Acres Dairy — Ogden

At Gibson’s Green Acres, there are over twenty pumpkin varieties available from mid-September through late October. Visitors can choose from a U-Pick adventure or pick up one of the pre-picked options. There is also a fun fall festival for the entire month of October, including a spooky haunted maze. Families can also enjoy hay rides, corn mazes, and yard games. 

11. Happy Pumpkin Corn Maze — West Haven

Find the perfect carving pumpkins along the pumpkin trail in West Haven. Happy Pumpkin Corn Maze is the perfect place to find your fall decorations, enjoy yard games, wander a giant corn maze, or get scared in the Field of Fear Haunted House. They open from mid-September through late October.

12. Hee Haw Farms — Pleasant Grove

Stop by Hee Haw Farms for some seasonal fun starting at the end of September. They have events through early November, so there is plenty of time for family adventures. There is a large pumpkin patch to find the perfect decoration or carving option. And at the end of October, there is a thrilling pumpkin drop. Proceeds from the event get donated to charity. Families can also enjoy games, a petting zoo, and hayrides.

13. Judd Pumpkin Patch — Cedar City

A gem of southwestern Utah is Judd Pumpkin Patch, located just outside of Cedar City. They are open until the end of October or until all the pumpkins run out. You will want to stop by early since this is a popular spot! There are also wagon rides, farm animals, and fresh baked goods!

14. Kuwahara’s Pumpkin Patch — Draper

Kuwahara’s Pumpkin Patch & Thriller Park is your one-stop-shop for everything fall and Halloween-related from late September through the end of October. Their pumpkin patch has thousands of pumpkins ready for families. Choose from several different varieties! They also have a farm stand, Halloween fest, corn maze, and zombie paintball.

15. Little Bear Bottoms — Wellsville

Fall isn’t complete without a visit to Little Bear Bottoms in Wellsville. They are open from late September through late October and have pumpkins and gourds. Families can head out into the fields to choose their favorite straight from the vine. They also have two different-sized corn mazes to suit everyone’s taste. Adults and older children will also love the spooky barn ride or the redneck ride of terror.

16. Mabey’s Pumpkin Patch — Jordan

Find over forty varieties of pumpkins and gourds on the sixteen-acre pumpkin patch at Mabey’s. They are open from late September through Halloween. It is one of the admission-free pumpkin patches in Utah and has plenty of photo-ready spots!

17. Pack Farms — Farmington

Discover fall fun at Pack Farms, which opens in late September. It’s the perfect spot for an exciting field trip or family outing. They have plenty of games to keep you occupied, a tractor tire playground, a hay maze, and more. There is so much fun that you may nearly forget the main reason for visiting – pumpkins! You will find a range of gourds, pumpkins, and squash ready to head home with you.

18. Rowley’s Red Barn — Santaquin

At Rowley’s Red Barn, you can enjoy wagon rides, a six-acre U-Pick pumpkin patch, slides, photo spots, and a ten-acre corn maze.

While Rowley’s Red Barn is open year-round, you can only snag your pumpkins from late September through late October. Families and school field trips are all welcome to enjoy the fall festival! There are wagon rides, a six-acre U-Pick pumpkin patch, slides, photo spots, and a ten-acre corn maze.

19. Staheli Pumpkin Patch — Washington

Staheli Pumpkin Patch has a sizable U-Pick pumpkin patch, so you and your kids can find the perfect one! It is open from late September to late October, and the field tends to sell out quickly. Later in the season, you can find large, pre-picked pumpkins waiting for you. There is also a corn maze, concessions, a spooky wagon ride, a petting zoo, and the popular Field of Screams.

20. Wilkerson Farm — Orem

Plan an entire day at Wilkerson Farm to soak up everything they offer. Their fall adventures are available from mid-September through Halloween. Families can pick up the ideal carving pumpkins before a trip through the corn maze, a bite at one of the food trucks, a hayride, or a round of carnival rides.
