The mansion sits on 11 acres of land on the edge of the Rio Secco Golf Club, just 30 minutes from the Las Vegas strip and within walking distance from the Sloane Canyon National Conservation Area. The property is located in Westgate, a luxurious community nestled in the foothills of Henderson.

According to Clark County public records, 1299 Via Tivoli in Henderson, NV, is 34,203 square feet, making it the largest house in Nevada. Built in 2006, the property is owned by Pierre Omidyar, founder of eBay.

What exactly does 34,203 square feet get you? The stucco house includes some of the following features:

  • 33 bedrooms
  • 14 full baths
  • 34 total baths
  • 2,100 square foot patio
  • 5 fireplaces
  • wine cellar
  • two exercise rooms
  • swimming pool
  • racquetball court

Though currently not on the market, the property is estimated to be valued at slightly under $28 million. Property taxes in 2021 were a stunning $277,438, which is close to the median home value of $293,500 in Henderson.

1041 Lakeshore Blvd — Incline Village

Though not the largest house, this 14,000-square-foot mansion is the most expensive on the current market. 1041 Lakeshore Boulevard, located in the mountain town of Incline Village on the shores of Lake Tahoe, is for sale for a breathtaking amount. This home, known as the Old Forge – Wynn Estate, is on the market for $76 million, according to Zillow. The property includes its own private sandy beach, lake views, media room, and expansive outdoor living area.

48 Augusta Canyon Way — Las Vegas

The largest single-family residential home that is currently for sale in Nevada is located at 48 Augusta Canyon Way in Las Vegas. This house is 18,210 square feet with 8 bedrooms and 13 baths. Some features of the opulent home include an elevator, a six-car garage, a theater, a wine room, a karaoke room, and a resort-style pool.
