Monocled cobras are named for the monocle-shaped design on the back of their hoods.
Monocled cobras have long gray or brown bodies.
On rare occasion, monocled cobra color morphs are born, such as this albino.
Most cobras are 4 or 5 feet long, but they can reach 7.5 feet.
