Fall is the season of changing weather and foliage color. The days get shorter and the nights get longer while temperatures drop. Depending on the hemisphere, fall is at different times of the year. Delaware, along with the rest of the United States, experience fall from September to December. These months are the perfect time to explore a Delaware pumpkin patch.

As a state on the Northeastern coast, Delaware hosts gorgeous deciduous trees whose leaves burst into reds, oranges, and yellows in the autumn. This article focuses on the 10 best Delaware pumpkin patches, but there are other wonderful things to do in Delaware to experience autumn. After (or before) picking the perfect pumpkin, you can attend a fall festival, eat autumn comfort foods, and enjoy seasonal brews.
