The phrase, “man-eating tiger” stems from fact, not fiction. One notorious tigress was responsible for killing at least 436 people in North India. After being driven out of Nepal she continued to kill in the state of Uttarakhand, where she was known as the Champawat Tiger. Watch this video to learn more about her vicious reign!
