With autumn also comes the commencement of seasonal activities and events, like Halloween, Thanksgiving, and, of course, pumpkin patches! All over the United States, you can find pumpkin patches ripe and ready to visit. While most pumpkin patches offer a variety of pumpkins for you — or your family — to take home, the top 25 best pumpkin patches in the United States offer much more than just that!

It has a variety of activities like hayrides, a bouncy barn, a barrel train, a petting zoo, a corn maze, tractor rides, rock walls, and more. Plus, admission is only $10. Arizona

2. MacDonald’s Ranch: 26540 North Scottsdale Road, Scottsdale, Arizona 85255

MacDonald’s Ranch in Scottsdale offers one of the best pumpkin patches in the United States. With your $15 admission ticket, you get access to themed photo areas, a petting zoo, corn sensory pools, a gold panning area, a hay-bale maze, and much more! For an additional price, there are also pony rides, two different trains, a mechanical bull, face painting, and a petting zoo where you can hand-feed the animals! Along with the pumpkins, they have a gift shop, barbecue food, and other local vendors on site as well.

3. Schnepf Farms Pumpkin and Chili Party: 24810 S. Rittenhouse Road, Queen Creek, AZ 85142

Schnepf Farms Pumpkin and Chili Party is one of the most unique pumpkin patches on this list. Operating throughout the month of October, admission at this location includes just about everything they have to offer. All the rides and shows for the entire event are included in the $25.95 per person admission price. Children two and under are free! With a plethora of activities to choose from, they have all the traditional ones like hay rides, bonfires, sunflower fields, petting zoos, and lawn games.

One of the goals the owners emphasize is to offer rides and attractions that give off that nostalgic feel of “old school” amusement rides. Catering to their older visitors, Schnepf Farms features extreme roller coasters like the Hyper Loop, a ropes course, pig races, live music, a four- and ten-acre maze, mini golf, and even a glow shop! Make sure to stop by the stunt dog show or zip lines for an unmatched experience you can’t get at any other pumpkin patch!

Pumpkin Hollow is the perfect pumpkin patch for families with older kids or even adults looking for a unique spot to bring their friends or their partners. Before sunset, visitors can enjoy their pumpkin patch, pony rides, slides, and kiddie trains. It even has an apple cannon!

For the price of $18-22 per person, almost everything at this location is included, like their top-tier wagon rides, the “Pumpkin Express” train, the pedal karts, the carousel, and more! If you are coming with children, make sure they check out the Pumpkin Eating Dinosaur — a resident of the farm who wakes up hungry to munch on their farm-fresh pumpkins!
