We hear the phrase “invasion of privacy” all the time in today’s society. Whether that is talking about bank account information, private emails, or medical reports. However, what about the invasion of privacy in your home? No one wants to find their home invaded, too. That’s your personal space, and having that privacy ruined wouldn’t make anyone happy. Well, the same thing can be said for animals wanting privacy in their homes, nests, caves, and places

The next Instagram reel clip shown at the end shares footage of a pigeon and a falcon. This video was shared by an Instagram user from the page “Nature Clips.” This Instagram page is dedicated to offering a variety of funny animal memes and videos. We will see animals such as leopards, red pandas, monkeys, black bears, sharks, blank-winged stilts, owls, hyenas, and raccoons, to name a few.

Pigeon Vs. Falcon

At the start of this short reel, we see a setup along the side of what looks like a house or barn of some kind. This is where a falcon has set his nest up. Suddenly, we see a pigeon fly into this small coop and just wobble right on in. There is a moment when we see this falcon look sideways at this pigeon. As if he is saying, “Bro, what are you doing? This is my nest.”

Abruptly, the falcon grabs the pigeon from around the chest and picks it up. He flies to the edge of the nest and drops him off! That was his way of kicking this unwanted guest out the front door. He is no longer welcome here.

Falcon (Falco) of the order Falconiformes are powerful birds that are most well known for their speed. There are dozens of species of falcon. Some of the most common are the following.

  1. Peregrine Falcon
  2. Grey Falcon
  3. American Kestrel
  4. Gyrfalcon
  5. Prairie Falcon
  6. Aplomado Falcon

Out of all of these, the Peregrine falcon (Falco peregrinus) is perhaps the most popular. According to the Peregrine Fund, they have this to say about this Peregrine falcon speed! “The Peregrine Falcon is famous for its fast flying. Biologists have clocked it diving at speeds of over 200 mph. That’s about as fast as a race car goes!”
