Mountain lions are present in 34% of U.S. states. These elusive creatures are rarely seen, but they are present, so it’s good to be aware of where they lurk in order to keep yourself safe, especially when hiking or camping in the wild. Today’s video from A-Z will take a look at the mountain lion population in 15 U.S. states while also exploring their ecology and behavior, and offering advice on how to handle an encounter with one.
